The Casual and Performance tees above are unisex. Many women prefer one size down in those for a closer fit, or their usual size for a relaxed fit. For a closer, contoured fit, choose the Women's Performance Tee below; for a relaxed women's cut, choose the Women's Casual Tee.
Women's Performance Tee (Sport-Tek Ladies PosiCharge Competitor) — women's fitted cut
Lightweight, moisture-wicking polyester with a gently contoured silhouette. Narrower and shorter than the unisex Performance Tee; size up for a looser fit.

How to measure
Lay a tee that fits you well flat and compare it with the charts. Body width: measure straight across the chest from side to side, just below the armholes. Body length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem. Sleeve length: measure from the center of the back collar, across the shoulder, to the end of the sleeve.
Gym pieces
Garment measurements from each maker's published spec sheet. Flat measurements are taken with the garment laid flat; double a flat waist or chest for the approximate all-around measurement. Women's gym tops and bottoms stop at 2XL. There is no 3XL or 4XL. Men's gym pieces go to 3XL. There is no 4XL. The men's long sleeve starts at S and has no XS.
